Refund Policy – Royal Peak Tour & Travel

At Royal Peak Tour & Travel, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the departure date: Full refund minus any non-refundable charges (e.g., airline/train/bus cancellation fees).
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

2. No Show

• If a traveler fails to show up on the scheduled departure date, the entire booking amount is non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure

• In case of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or any force majeure events, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with vendor policies.

4. Custom/Group Packages

• Refunds for custom-designed or group packages are subject to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon during booking. Certain components like hotels or activities may have non-refundable deposits.

5. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
